自然日是什么意思（波斯新年最后一个节日：自然日）

波斯新年纳乌鲁孜节最后一个节日——自然日(波斯语روز طبیعت )，是新年第13天(公历4月2日)，人们会在户外度过这一天。第13天的波斯语叫sizdahbedar(سیزده بدر )

Sizdah(波斯语سبزده )的意思是十三，“bedar(بدر )”是指在户外。当这天到来，人们在户外(郊区)踏青、郊游、野餐等。有些人认为西方愚人节的源头是伊朗的自然日。

波斯新年的自然日没有任何宗教意义，只是单纯的享受春天的美景，跟亲朋好友欢聚，共同庆祝波斯新年纳乌鲁兹节。

除了伊朗，在阿富汗、塔吉克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、印度、巴基斯坦等国家都会举行波斯新年自然日娱乐活动。

Lie of the Thirteen (دروغ سیزده – Doruq e Sizda') is the Iranian version of the prank-playing April Fools' Day which is practiced on the first or the second day of April in Iran, on the day of Sizdah Be-dar.

Throwing away the greenery

A ritual performed at the end of the picnic is to throw away the greenery (سبزه – Sabze) collected for Haft-Seen, the customary setting of Nowruz in Iran. Touching someone else's greenery on this day or bringing it back home is considered a bad omen.

Knotting the greenery

It is also customary for young single people, especially young girls, to tie the leaves of the greenery before discarding it, expressing a wish to find a partner.
